The service center provided excellent service, and the staff's demeanor was very pleasant. highly satisfied with their responsiveness.

They deliberately sprayed water into my well maintained S23 which had a pink line issue , and samsung offered a free screen replacement . They took it inside where i cant see it , and deliberately sprayed water into it and rejected my phone claiming it has water . The water was just below the sim insert slot . And the white sticker by which they judge that phone is water damage or not is by telling the sticker is red. And they sticked only was red from ghe edges rest the sticker was completely white . I dont know what scam he is running or not .
