LG Hyderabad Panjagutta Service Center (LG Owned Center)

This people are worst in customer care and customer service .they took 11k for parts replacement. And fridge not working still.Cusromer care is not answering the calls nor service manager.

I have problem with my LG ThinkQ side by side door fridge. I have raised first complaint on 2nd October and till date the issue is not resolved. This is the last time I am going to buy any product made by LG. Utterly pathetic Service. Disgusting

We’ve observed that some service engineers may not have sufficient technical knowledge, leading them to use a trial-and-error approach when servicing our products. This sometimes results in unnecessary part replacements. Moreover, there have been instances where we're encouraged to buy parts directly from them at higher prices, which raises concerns about cost transparency and service integrity. The engineer was unable to resolve the issue with my washing machine. Despite this, he accepted payment and has not responded to any follow-up calls since the following day.

Good service. Spot on time delivery every customer is taken care properly at this place I got service for my 55 inches tv which was on warranty they did it on priority with in 24hrs they delivered.thankyou..

Customer service is not responding..even if they are picking up the call...they are disconnecting it...
