Hitachi Service Center

I took service from them 2 times still my AC is not working what they did I don't know. They don't have expert technician nor they gave guarantee for the parts and service they were doing. Also their staff is not supportive they are not responding properly and they don't have any record of complaints. You won't get any sms confirmation.They are setting their only to earn money from the people in the name of service.

Worst place . Staff is not at all helpful They don't even know how to talk to their customers. I will rate 0 and don't buy hitachi product

Pathetic service response from Hitachi Indore Service Centre! You put in a complaint, no one turns up for days. The phone number is perpetually busy. Have told all my friends and acquaintances not to touch Hitachi ACs if they want a peace of mind!!!

A very bad behaviour by staff extremely unsupportive very worst center not even want to talk .... If not then why you guys open the centre taking free salaries and not providing services .. i have to give a star although they are not even worth for a single star
