LG Service Centre

They are totally unprofessional don't know how to deal with customer misbehaving and blaming on the name of giving information avoiding call what's the wrong ....using the name of LG making fool to customer .... the staff is so unprofessional.....if u don't know how to deal customer than change your staff ....the girl on call saying me I will give you good reply in a bad way if you don't listen what's the wrong I am not using any bad word no abusive language and she behave like a totally out of control ......very very disappoint plz don't use any brand name of u can't match the level of brand and trained your staff to listen the customer not to misbehave

Total fraud in the name of LG company service center. Recently we got our TV repaired. Twice he came and charged 7500 guaranteed for one year. From past one month I am trying to contact for refund but now there's no response. The TV didn't get repaired at all. It is in same condition. Non functional. I cross checked with LG they told they were not our authorized people.

Inefficient staff, and poor supervision by their owner/manager, Not on time and price for repairing is bit high. I searched for official LG service center but by mistake I landed here by seeing their profile picture on their google account. They came on first day of service call, removed door lock and took back that at their service station for repair and then I called them continuously 7 days for door lock repair, their service person Amaan came and broke washing powder dispenser while opening front panel of machine. They didn't provided any replacement for dispenser which they broke by their mistake. It took 12 days to repair door lock. When I introduce the whole issue to their owner he was not ready to listen anything about their staff, behaving rude and given his manager's number Shahrukh. Although Shahrukh respond calls everytime but was unable to solve problems. I would not suggest anyone to go with this service provider.

I have a double door LG refrigerator that was not cooling a week ago … I called the service station and booked a repair appointment … LG sent a guy called Ansari who opened up my fridge and then put it back and said the fridge is working … I trusted the technician paid the service charges and he left …. Moments after he left the fridge stopped working again … I called him and he came the next day again with a guy called Wasim … both of them opened my fridge again and did something which caused power failure in my house … the fridge completely stopped working after that …. The next day the 2 guys (Ansari and Wasim ) came again and declared some plate of the fridge has burnt down causing power failure … I got the plate changes for 4000 rs for which no bill was given to me … and my fridge is still not cooling properly … #LG services in indore is horrible … Nitin is the head here and he was rude and he misbehaved with my staff also ..

Lg service centre agent charged too much for service,first they said different amount after finishing work they charged different amounts.our experience very bad
