I booked an Elica chimney on prepaid basis from Croma, Gorakhpur. At the time of booking, Croma’s representative Anshika explicitly assured us that the product would be delivered the very next day. This assurance was the sole reason we went ahead with the prepaid booking. The next day, no delivery happened. Despite multiple follow-up calls from our side, no one from the Croma team bothered to inform us proactively. After repeated chasing, we were finally told that the product was never in stock. This raises a very serious question: how can Croma accept prepaid orders for products that are not available at all? This is nothing short of misleading the customer and taking money under false assurances. What is even more appalling is the complete absence of accountability. There was zero communication, zero ownership, and zero effort to resolve the issue. Instead of apologizing or arranging the promised product, we were casually told that we could buy a Croma-brand chimney instead, which clearly appears to be a sales pressure tactic after failing to deliver the committed product. This experience reflects gross negligence, poor internal coordination, and highly unprofessional conduct by the Croma Gorakhpur team. For a brand that claims to stand for customer trust, this kind of behavior is unacceptable and disgraceful.

The service has been extremely disappointing. I have been facing issues for the past 25 days, as my TV displays the message: “Your device has failed verification. System halted.” As a result, the TV is not functioning. I had already raised a complaint, but even after 25 days, the issue remains unresolved. Also already raised the complaint (BAC200925FS01333) but still not resolved the issue.

Absolutely awful experience. Their sales team just wants you to pay and don't even bother to see if the product is there in stock. Once you purchase a product they claim that installation will be done for 24-48 hours but no one comes for installation or delivery. Absolutely pathetic, lazy and sluggish staff. No accountability whatsoever.
