Extremely Poor & Unprofessional Service My experience with this Mahindra service centre has been absolutely horrible and unacceptable. I gave my car for routine service and to my shock, I received it back with one tyre punctured and a screw/bolt struck deep inside the tyre. This alone shows complete carelessness and negligence in how customer vehicles are handled. Worse still, I had some cash kept in the armrest compartment, which I honestly forgot to remove before handing over the vehicle. Once I remembered, I immediately called the service advisor and requested him to simply check and confirm whether the cash was there. He did nothing at all. After the service was completed and I collected my car, I found that the cash was missing. When I tried contacting the service advisor, he did not pick up my calls for two full days. Later, when he finally responded, he kept giving lame excuses—saying he was “unable to visit the service centre” and kept delaying the matter day after day. When I requested to show CCTV footage for transparency, that was also conveniently refused. Now, after all this delay and evasion, they bluntly say that there is no cash. This kind of silly, dishonest and irresponsible behaviour is shocking. Stealing or ‘adjusting’ small cash amounts does not suit a brand like Mahindra at all. If this is the level of integrity and professionalism being followed, customers should be warned before trusting their vehicles and belongings here. Extremely disappointed. I will never recommend this service centre and I seriously urge Mahindra to take strict action against such staff. This experience has completely damaged my trust in the brand’s service standards.

Safety Features FAILED in Accident - NIGHTMARE DO NOT RISK YOUR LIFE. DO NOT BUY HERE. I am compelled to write this review to warn all potential buyers about a catastrophic failure of Mahindra's advertised safety promises and the utterly negligent after-sales service at this showroom. My friend purchased a Mahindra XUV700, a vehicle heavily marketed on its 5-star Global NCAP safety rating and advanced features like multiple airbags, ABS, EBD, and reinforced body structure. These safety assurances were a primary reason for choosing this car. The Catastrophic Failure: In April 2025, the vehicle was involved in an accident. The most horrifying part was that the critical safety features, including the airbags, FAILED TO DEPLOY. Let that sink in. The very systems Mahindra uses as a flagship selling point to protect lives did not activate in a real-world collision. My friend is fortunate to be alive to tell the tale. This is not a minor defect; it is a life-threatening failure that completely invalidates the car's core safety promise. The Abysmal & Negligent Service: Instead of treating this with the extreme urgency it deserves, the showroom's response has been a masterclass in incompetence and delay. · The car has been sitting at the showroom since April 2025 – that's over four months of complete inactivity. · The service team has "no clear view what they are doing." They provide no timeline, no clear diagnosis, and no transparent communication. · They have shown zero accountability for the failure of their product. There is no concern for the customer's safety or the tremendous inconvenience of being without a vehicle for months after a traumatic event. · This is not just "slow service"; it is a complete abdication of their responsibility. They are likely hoping my friend will just give up. Conclusion: This showroom and, by extension, Mahindra, sold a product that failed at its most fundamental purpose: protecting its occupants. They then compounded this failure with a service experience that is utterly disrespectful and negligent. What is the value of a 5-star safety rating if the systems don't work? What is the value of a warranty if the company refuses to honor it with action? Final Warning: Until Mahindra conducts a full, transparent investigation into this specific vehicle's safety system failure and issues a recall if necessary, no one can be confident in the safety of an XUV700 from this showroom or any other. My friend's experience proves that the safety rating is just a marketing tool on paper, with no reliable execution in reality. Your life is worth more than this risk.

Given Scorpio N Z4 for engine wire replacement under insurance claim on Tuesday 9 July and today 16 July Tuesday.,..total 8 days and still i m not sure when they will complete work.....,very worst service 4 bar pH karoge tab 1 bar pick karenge...,...chote se kam main bhi kitne din lagayenge pata nahi......in continuation today 19 July 2024 after 10 days concern person said SBI insurance company se approval nahi aaya.......means kam abhi bhi process main hai 9 July to 19 July after 10 still work in progress.,.. thanks to Mahindra workshop staff Today is 5 August still waiting.,.......Mahindra not responding....
