LG Jaipur Service Center (LG Owned Center)

My daughter in US gifted a 65” OLED LG TV through Amazon: LG TV LG Global LG TV review: Hopeless info system! No information on when and how the engineer for installation would come. Then,the service engineer was adamant on demanding for the invoice of the TV. The TV is a gift from my daughter. The invoice was with her. We called up the 24 hrs LG no and they also insisted that we have to show the invoice for free installation. Why shouldn’t the company be providing all these details to its engineer? It was a very harassing process…unsurity,poor response,rudeness and extremely poor service!!! THAT TOO FOR SUCH A MOD EXPENSIVE PRODUCT!

I visited this store few years ago and the sir who repaired my phone was very nice. He made me understand how the device should only be repaired at its designated brand centre as i tried to get it repaired at some random store. He was so nice and he completed the work in just within a couple of hours.

Shame on LG – This Is Not a Brand, It’s a Joke I never expected a global brand like LG to be this careless, unprofessional, and outright disrespectful to its customers. It’s been over a month since I raised a service request, and all I’ve received are lies and empty promises. Every single time I call, I’m told, “We’ll send someone today,” and yet no one has shown up. This isn’t just bad service — it’s disgraceful. If LG has no intention of helping its customers after the sale, you might as well shut down your so-called “customer care” department. I feel cheated, ignored, and helpless after spending my hard-earned money on an LG product that your team clearly has no interest in fixing. This company does not care about its customers. The name LG used to mean something — now, it’s just a corporate scam hiding behind ads and false promises. To anyone considering buying from LG: don’t make the same mistake I did. Once your money is gone, so is LG.

Highly unprofessional service...they kept you waiting for whole day....it's been 2 days that he has wasted and giving false promises to come... atleast you should straight away refuse of you can't give service

Service agent is forcing me to buy combo of 3 tub clean powder and I just need one. Instead of giving me 1 he is saying company is giving the combo but nothing is mentioned on the pouch. How they just selling their products.
