Unitech Services ( Fridge, AC, Washing Machine Repair Service in Jaipur)

Service was very good and technician also worked properly but unitech services gave us time of 9:30 am and arrived around 11:00 am and didn't informed us that they are going to come late so next time please inform everyone that if you are going to come late or early. We took service at 10 January 2026 and till 15 January 2026 we didn't got the invoice for the service, providing customer the invoice for the service given is very important because customer only has the invoice as the proof of the warranty for the part that was changed in his machine they claimed that the invoice will be shared same day of the service and we will get a phone call from unitech services and they will ask about the behaviour of the technician, the payment taken by the technician but nothing happened. At first I posted rating of 5 stars because they forced that please give 5 star rating don't give 4 star.

2 things are disappointing: 1. Very high visiting charges: 350rs only for home visit, I recommend 200rs would be valuable and wallet friendly. Auto drivers charge 200rs for 15km and you are charging 350rs, why??? 2. Instead of giving the part of machine(AC) to me which he called broken, he took away with him even after I asked him for that part. He replaced the broken part with the new part which costed 2000rs. I think the part was repairable and he would definitely repair the part after going to his shop and would use it in another person's AC.
