Yours Engineer

It is the worst experience I had with yours engineer. They repaired our lg refrigerator but stopped working within 15 days while they assured for free repair if same fault for next 6 months. Called several time for engineer visit but no one visited & after 5-7 follow up they stopped responding over phone as well. Thereafter we called lg service center guy and he told us that parts change is of local quality & need to replace it again. I suggest go for authorised service centre rather then this kind of local service centers They don't even provided bill for work done.

Pathetic services!!! Stay away!! Pathetic services provided by them....we contacted them for repair of our fridge. When the technician came...they were unable to diagnose the problem.. after a long time, they told that the motherboard is not working....they only repaired the motherboard and charged the prices of a original motherboard and gave us 6 months guarantee on it.Also gave us duplicate thermostat. In short, they caused more damage than repair....After 15 days, there was problems again...when we contacted them, they are not even answering anymore...stay away from such fraudsters!!!

Worst service ever experienced. They’ll promise quick fix, take the device for repair and will stop answering your calls. My device has been with them since a week and I have no idea whatsup!! Do not opt for any service from them.

They are great problem solvers,fix or repair electrical equipments in less time (using genuine spare parts) their prompt service can't be missed...I give 5 starts...

Engineers finished their work but the issue is not resolved for my washing machine. Not attending my calls looks like they are fraud so requesting everyone not to use this vendor for your repairs.
