Only know how to sell AC. Poorest after service even after buying AC of one of the best company, O’General. Came for installation weeks after delivery of AC. And since installation my AC is giving me problems and these people have no response even when AC under warranty. Gonna be my First and last time buying a product from them.

We had very bad experience with them.. Once you purchase the product, they do not even bother about customer satisfaction. You will call them multiple times on multiple days but no response, if you are lucky, they will pick your call and deal with you genuinely. I would just only say you are spending your hard earned money (on such costly Ogeneral AC's) and expect more reliable service but at the end you will be in losing side. Please give thought before purchasing from them, if you are looking for good service after purchase. They ask for money to fix the issue in an in-warranty ac, bought just 9 months ago, even without checking the actual problem.

For anyone in Jalandhar, Usha Refrigeration is the go-to shop for air conditioners. They truly live up to the name of being the best.

I saw reviews here and mostly say that they have good stock, staff behaviour is good. I agree to that but once you purchase ac from them and it develops problem after three four years then the owner's and staff s behaviour changes. We purchased 4 ac's in four years and now we are calling them number of times and visiting them but paying no heed. You can imagine the condition nowadays without sc. O general is costly ac and people expect more. Now should we purchase ac from them again. Never now.

The best part is their after-sales support. Even months after buying, they promptly respond to service calls.
