I have recently purchased a refrigerator and got Extended warranty for four yearsbut I did not recieve any intimation. The visiting engineer informed that you can collect the print out from our service center at urban estate. Today I visited the service center and no body was available except for guard and he informed that all the staff is in meeting and I am not authorised to ask any one for attending the client. and he asked me to wait for 10 minutes but I waited for more than 25 minutes .I than ask him to have my phone no noted and for making a call after the meeting is over the level of service at Service Center was of a very low quality

The service of LG Service centre in jalandhar is very poor, they are not pick the phone . I complete to repair the Top model washing machine on date 26/8/2025. The Lg mechanis visted my house 3 times but the assignment pending till date.
