LG Jodhpur Service Center (LG Owned Center)

Very Disappointed with the working of Jodhpur 's Service Center as they didn't understand severity of summer & high temperature. After 72 hours of registering only AC service they still not appoint & send any technician for servicing & sending messages to remain waiting due to overload of services.

The mechanic could not diagnose the exact problem in our LG cfully automatic clothes washing machine, he was bent on convincing to buy new machine. The machine was Ok but he said gear is not working and it will cost 6k, we got hild of local mechanic from market he just changed the loose V belt and machine was Ok. The LG mechanic was misguiding. Very bad thing to not give the right guidance to customer.i will try never take any machine to service center in future or call authorised service center mechanic. I think the service center mechanics get incentive or commission for persuading customer to purchase new machine.

Service is very bad it's been 25days they can't solve my query and I am not able to use the fridge in this high summer they can't even provide alternative solution also Shaitan Singh the manager of this service not even answering the calls now I would recommend not use LG anymore if they can't satisfy their clients Today 26th May 2024 Still the same compressor not in stock now the manager shaitan Singh is not even responding the calls and person in service center is telling we will do something in 1-2 days parts will arrive same words every day no solution only talks I would like every other person not to use LG anymore better to use other brands at least they have better after sales service

Not at all helpful. It took me more than an hour to make them understand my problem, but no resolution provided. Instead, the staff was really rude in talking.
