Reliance Digital is one of few store where all electronic items available in wide range like Tv, fridge, Washing machine, tablet, Laptop, dishwasher , atta chakki, etc. Best part is that they offered Prices lower than online prices. Bought Sony 55inch Bravia 3 s30 on 2nd oct 2025 by comparing all tvs side by side , suggested by Dinesh ji and team. I loved the way they guided me even after installation. Very helpful. I loved HRD content on Sony Bravia 3 s30, HDR video on sony looks more than even reality. Super clearity super brightness super sound. Earlier while watching random youtube reviews, i was confused & doubtful abt sony or other brands like TCL , LG, Xiaomi etc which provide cheaper alternate. But after using this tv i can say SONY is SONY & it is Best

The shop visit experience was very smooth, and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Home delivery was on time, and the TV installation and setup were completed on schedule.The only regret is that I couldn’t get a flexi stand and was given a fixed one instead. The staff handling my order informed me that the flexi stand is provided only with bigger screen sizes; however, when I later checked the Reliance Digital website, the flexi stand was listed as part of the 32-inch LED model as well.

There was very good people working Over there still I would like to have your kind attention towards some point specially there is no internet connectivity and no facilities foe customer like tea or some juice. I want to thank mr. Vicky for his cooperative nature and great services throughout the time when I was in store. Store need to be upgraded in terms of no. Of items and variety available in the store.

These people are such a fraudsters. While selling a LG window AC they told me in lieu of discount we will give you free installation so I agreed to it. Now I made the complete payment and they promised to deliver the next day. However, I received the product after 3 days that to be after repeated reminders. Now they have sent someone the next day to install the AC. That guy comes and asks me for wire and a 16 Amp socket or else he told to pay extra money for the one he has got. Imagine what the store has to say about all this The store manager told me to pay that extra money or else go out and purchase the same and handover that to the installation guy. When I told him that what is the sense in giving free installation then? He has audacity to tell me that it's just name sake, just customary and goes on to say if you don't want then install it on your own. I have attached photos of current condition of my AC and will recommend everyone reading this to never buy anything from these fraud people.
