who are you that I will target u.....? I don't know why you are saying the same complaint and then the repatriation This is 2025 and there is no update of their number on Google I don't know what kind of management it is If you want a 5 star rating then keep the number etc. updated. If anyone wants to contact you then how will he do it....? And secondly, I cannot expect attack target in all languages. This is very pleasant for me from Voltas franchise I wanted to buy AC but after this behaviour I did not buy at all and I hope you do not talk like this to anyone else. Thank you

I bought washing machine 3 year back, but water leakage started from tub. As per brand value such type of issue should not be facing. And I was called to customer care support and they told full charges apply for maintenance related. This is too much. How can believe on such type of big brands. Local brand is much better as compared to big brands at least given good services.

As today Frenchies number not how it is possible and how coustomer will contact you Voltas brand have seen that whom I give franchise I tried to call them but I didn't get any response I had to buy AC on your franchise but now I will not purchase These kind of things not suitable for these brands Totally disappointed

I bought 1.5 ton AC from the dealer (DTC Appliances, Kanpur) on 1st June 2020. As per the recommendation, I went for 183 ADJ model (adjustable). Paying 34k (negotiation not allowed). First installation was not up to the mark, assigned person didn't come he sent some other folks (no masks, no hand sanitizer) they made a really bad bend on copper wire, then they also charged me 750 extra( 500 for 2 fit extra copper wire & 250 Rs.for vinyl tape). Moreover DTCAppliances didn't explain me terms & conditions for extended warranty that you need to get 2 services per year from voltas only, then its valid. After installation On the very next day, I noticed blower is making noise (definitely not 45DB) on complain they sent a technician within 3 days ( I need to follow up ) he came and left without checking the noise level saying it's common and all new models are making noise these days. I showed him another 2 ton AC at my home which is quite silent. He told he has no idea. I myself being a Flipkart Employee regret why didn't I buy from online or TataCliq (offering a better discount) since after paying this amount, nobody bothers to address the issue. Not sure how did they manage good reviews. My personal experience was bad, I am trying to escalate the concern to voltas senior officials, wouldn't recommend to buy AC from here better shop from TataCliq or Amazon/Flipkart. You will have flexibility to return or replace if your product is faulty. Thanks

Worst service experience. Very poor response in the name of service. You are nobody to decide whether the review is legitimate or not. We have already called you multiple times and even mailed the problem. Your reviews already show what kind of service you provide to customers.
