Highly disappointed and feel cheated. My aunt purchased 2 ACs from Ranjana Electronics, trusting that we were getting a genuine Voltas product — a brand known for quality. But within just 1 year, the ACs started giving multiple problems. After repeated issues and service calls, we were shocked to discover that the ACs were actually an assembled unit, falsely sold under the name of Voltas! This is completely unethical and deceptive. We trusted the brand and the seller, and instead we were sold a fake product. I strongly advise others to be very careful while buying electronics from Ranjana Electronics. Please double-check the authenticity of the product and its warranty before purchasing. This kind of fraud not only damages customers’ trust but also harms the reputation of brands like Voltas.

I bought a Voltas window AC from them for the first time, which gives air like a cooler, in the month of April. When I complained to the shopkeeper, he said that the product was chosen by you. If it is not cooling then what is my fault. I lost Rs 34000. My money was wasted but you should not purchase any product from this shop. They sell products by telling lies

I had purchased a voltas 5 star 1.5 ton window AC from Ranjana Agencies. But it does not work cool. The service center engineer also visited. But the problem was not solved. I request you all not to purchase products from this shop. I also talked to the owner Mr. Sandeep but he did not find any problem with his product.

Worst shop bought many ACs every single one has some problem, sharing my experience to all of u ,pls don't purchase from the shop as,they sell self assembled acs in the name of brands

Good show room if you need electronics goods like l.e.d, a.c, washing machine etc you can prefer it
