Completely unprofessional ! My packers and movers chose these people and I must say it was a mess ! Have no idea what they are doing and created a huge confusion in my flat. Wanted to go to apartment above, wanted to make holes in the walls (when the outlet was already there), said the copper pipe was hard and cannot be used and had to buy new ones (5000rs) - gas refill (1500) and finally ac installation charge (3000 for 2 ac. Finally the total amount was 9500 for 2 AC! Took one whole day and when they left, it was a mess in the flat - full of dirt, mud, leg marks / all over - on the walls, windows, floor everywhere ! Newly painted flat was completely ruined! If u want peace of mind - plz avoid them !

Very bad experience. Be very careful while dealing with this agency. Once they leave do not expect them to come back. The ac worked for few hours after the repair. They said they would send the bill on WhatsApp which they never did. Called them repeatedly, but they never come for a followup visit. Avoid at all costs
