Our caretaker had recommended Chilltech and we used the services today. The team from Chilltech had come for an initial visit and studied the situation. They suggested some work-around to suit and customise for our need. They also implemented those changes and then their technician came back today to install the AC's. Glad to see them on such platforms so that credible reviews are possible and can create Win-Win situation for customers. The technician is well behaved and listens carefully as well. He was also well prepared and did a very good job installing the AC's. Happy to recommend them to others.

I first contacted Deepu of ChillTech in 2024 as my Samsung air conditioner had been underperforming, struggling to cool our bedroom. My closest friend had recommended his name. On examining the unit, Deepu said that it would have to undergo a deep clean. Although he claimed that the process would make my air conditioner as good as new, I didn't get my expectations high. On the day, he took the whole machine apart and cleaned the parts meticulously. Then he put them all back and tested the machine. Just like he'd claimed initially, my air conditioner started performing remarkably well, cooling the room in a matter of minutes. I was impressed! In May 2025, I got to him to deep clean another air conditioner of mine – a Panasonic 2 tonne inverter – which had been sitting idle for about 4 years. Although he'd warned me that the air conditioner might malfunction because of being kept idle for such a long period, everything went smoothly. To cut a long story short, if you need someone who has the expertise, professionalism and commitment to get your air conditioner fixed, Deepu is your guy! You won't regret hiring him.

When I searched google for AC repair, I got ChillTech number and dialed. I found the response is very good and Mr Deepu came on the same day and identified the problem. the next day repair was done. I found this a very good experience. As a technician Mr. Deepu is very good. He explained clearly what the problem is, and found a solution. Very professional and what I could not get solved by Godrej technician, this person is able to do. He charged a reasonable fee, and most importantly a reliable person that we can trust.
