I had availed their service a couple of months back. The technician provided by them replaced my faulty part. He tested my washing machine and it was working fine. But just the day after my machine showed error and my clothes were not rinsing. I repeatedly followed up with them to send the technician and check the product. But they never sent anyone. I feel cheated. Please do not harass your customer and cheat them. I feel my hard earned money has gone to waste availing their service. Honestly never avail any repair service from this place.
