extremely disappointed with my recent Hitachi AC service experience. When I contacted them for re-installation, I was clearly told the cost would be ₹1,500. However, after the work was done, they handed me a shocking bill of ₹12,000. What upset me the most is that none of these extra charges were communicated beforehand. They added multiple “extra expenses” during the installation without informing or taking approval from us. This feels completely unfair and unprofessional. As a customer, I expect transparency and honesty—especially from a reputed brand like Hitachi. But this experience felt misleading and left me feeling cheated. I hope Hitachi looks into this seriously, because this is not the kind of service you expect after paying for a premium product. Not at all satisfied, and I would strongly advise others to be cautious about their service charges and insist on written estimates before any work is done.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with Hitachi's customer service and technician quality. Both the service personnel and customer care representatives have been dishonest and unhelpful. The technicians lack the expertise to resolve AC issues, and instead of listening to customers, they just verify the product and claim it's working fine. I strongly advise against purchasing Hitachi air conditioners or any of their products. Unfortunately, my issue remains unresolved despite raising a request nearly three months ago, as of May 13, 2025.

Fraud people and pathetic staff . They sell all duplicate parts and remote . They sold one duplicate remote to me three weeks back , that also twice the price of a remote , and from then I was asking them to take it back . Even after three weeks now they are not coming to return my money . This centre should be blacklisted completely. Spoiling the name of Hitachi company . The company should look into this centre very very seriously
