They r cheaters....pls be aware... i had done ac relocation...they took 3 days to do it...& also stole my r32 gas...even though i paid for gas refill charges.......they r really pathetic....if i am wrong ..let them reply

Extremely poor service,We had to uninstall my ac from one floor and install it in the other floor of my house, so they took 1 day to uninstall and took whole another day to install a single ac and punctuality is not in their dictionary...they told they will come at 10am and they reached at 2pm -3pm, both the days..then they struggled a lot to fit the ac as if they are doing it for the 1st time.. most of the cooling gas was leaked which I have already discussed that how much aprox it will take they told around 400-500 but at time of work they denied that..and told they mentioned it will take around 800 and now for gas we need 1800..which is more than double even if they mentioned 800 priorly..for extra pipe 400rs they asked..for the outlet pipe they made a big hole, which now behind my ac sunlight is coming, and while raining water is leaking. They made the room so dirty and did not even cleaned that..i asked them to let it be and did not get gas and pipe from them..ohh they did not even provide bill also stating we have not bought anything from them, for only servicing no bill..I brought company technician separately who worked altotal gas and pipe in 1000rs..he was also shocked to hear the price they quoted..fraud technicians..i dont recommend them at all.

Worst service .1st they installed ac..after 1 day.house maon switch automatically tripped for which he had to come disconnect stabilizer tellingbthat stabilizer is not working and made the AC connection direct .again after some days water started dripping .i had to call UC n they said tht AC is not correctly installed. Then today suddenly some problem started ,main switch tripped. When asked about the same instead of accepting fault ,Shuvo the technician started showing attitude ..talked badly and started arguing WORST MECHANIC ..worst experience. Lack of professionalism, lack of manner. NOT RELIABLE.

Uninstalled AC from them. Good Service
