Dey Service

My son from Bangalore sent his number from net and informed us to contact him for our Samsung Inverter Split AC in our North Kolkata Sinthi house. He attended within 12 hours. He told us if it is due to faulty wire problem, then it will be easy and less costly. Otherwise power circuit board would have to be paired/changed. And that would be much mire costlier. But he would first try with the first option. And it worked. Only 2 hours were spent for all the work and ₹500 was charged by him. I happily paid and thanked the technician. His service, behavior, dealing , response were all excellent. He deserved a 5* rating and I didn't hesitate to give it to him.

I contacted them after seeing their good reviews. Now first they said they were busy and may not come the very day, the next day whole day went and I didn't schedule another person because he was supposed to come today and now on sunday eve he says to check another available technician. Ofcourse its fine to reject but atleast after due diligence right?

I have an issue with indoor water falling, AC engineers fix it up. Now it’s working fine… Happy with service & so friendly… Recommended to others…
