FROSTAR - A Hitachi & Lloyd Authorised Service Centre

I generally donot put up negative reviews but over 2 yrs service of hitachi with this vendor has been bad. I bought 2 machines almost spent 1 lakh to receive such service. Machine 1: The installation was smooth but when the breakdown started happening they sent immature techie to resolve the issue.. who continuously kept calling someone else to know the issue later again they wanted to extort money in the name of gas refiling for a machine that was just not even 2 yrs old. 2nd machine: The installation person came to install and left the entire premise dirty. Even when he was installing the outdoor unit he spat from above the building on cars kept outside the building. We had to apologise to the other families for such behavior by them. The installation was such horrible that whenever it rained the machine started leaking water. Even though we had provided them with white cement. And for such poor work they worked from 10 am to 4pm. It is a terror for us whenever it rains Hitachi should definitely arrange some other vendor rather than such violent, misbehaved, extortionists technicians.

Very very bad experience,today instal my Hitachi a/c in very poor work quality. Allway they charges every steps of seperate stape of job in the installation procedure . Charges accessories material so high. Tendency to increase the bill amount. Although the mechanics behaviour very rough.

I raised a request on 5/07/24 for my ac issue, till date I have not received a single call from the service centre. This is very poor quality service. We should not buy Hitachi AC just because the service looks to be horrible, rather there is no service at all.

Very Bad Experience. Very unprofessional. Hitachi AC servicing very Bad experience. They somehow forced you to give them at least 5000 money. Without even touch the machine they claimed a lot of money and replaced parts.

Very bad experience from Service center. Allocation number for HITACHi AC Service created but allocated person didn't picked up the call and didn't call back also. Very pathetic experience. Don't buy HITACHI AC. AC is good but after any disturbance of AC, you will not find AC technician from Service center.
