I purchased a 1.5 ton Blue Star AC from this firm on 24.03.21. The said AC has never done adequate cooling till date. In this regard, I went to Ankur Sales shop 3-4 times and complained but they never solved my problem, rather Seth ji got ready to fight. Instead of resolving my complaint, Seth ji remains ready to fight. I told him that earlier a Samsung AC was also installed at my house which does good cooling. On saying this, he started fighting loudly. Hence, on the basis of my experience, I want to give this message to the general public that no one should buy a Blue Star AC, otherwise it will be like throwing money in water. The customer care service is so poor that it cannot be described in words.
