What the hell with this shop owner ,he completely disrespected with the customer. Worst experience ever in Kota I purchase AC 15 days ago, today I connected them for gas leakage then he started arguing with me and cut the call without listening our complete queries. I will never recommend this shop for purchasing any tiny item.

I recently purchased an AC from Manoranjan Electronics, and I must say the experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff was knowledgeable, polite, and helped me choose the right model based on my room size and budget. They had a wide range of brands and models to choose from, and the pricing was competitive.

First of all the suggestions, don't buy any AC products from this store as they don't know how to talk with the customers as well as the installation part. Whole AC output box which they have installed spreading high current all over the angles and balconies in the society. I have complain a lot but they are asking to talk with the company officials instead of get their man on work as this is serious issues. I'm repeating again don't buy.

I purchased an O General AC from Manoranjan Electronics and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. From day one, the AC has had multiple issues – loud and disturbing noise, insufficient cooling, and to top it all, it was delivered in a damaged condition. Despite repeated follow-ups, there has been no proper resolution. It seems their job ends at selling the product; after-sales service and customer satisfaction appear to be the least of their concerns. I would strongly advise others to think twice before buying any product from this store. Extremely disappointed!
