They are A SCAM! Kindly avoid if you value your money and your peace of mind. For consumer education too, this is an increasing menace: the technician loosens up the gas valve while cleaning your split AC's external unit and leaks your gas. Then asks you to get gas filled. Service charges: ~500. Gas charges: ~4000. Simple maths. We got two Godrej AC's serviced. The technician (Ashfaq) kept mentioning from the very beginning - 'cooling cam hai'. We used to keep the AC at 28 °C and still switch off every once in a while. On the day of the service the AC was still cooling a bit so we declined the offer to get gas filled. By the second day, all gas had leaked and there was zero cooling. As expected, after about a 100 calls to 4-5 of their numbers, it has come down to zero response. Again, please avoid like the plague! I live in Delhi and was getting it done for my old 80 year old parents in Aliganj. Now, I'm initiating consumer court proceedings against them. Please be advised. Jaago grahak, jaago!

He is A BIG FRAUD..Please save your money and time. He charged Rs4300/ from me and AC didn't work for even a day...His technician Mr Rashid is biggest fraud and for service he asked me to pay Petrol bill also...plz stay away
