Voltas Service centre

I had trust on voltas..but since April'25 i am suffering with the product of voltas AC..several complaints i put..people coming wasting time,sending seniors and than no solutions get from them. Senior Mr.Vikas thakur, they are only senior by name. Mr.Sanjay sharma one of the senior technician told tha AC only work when door will close.. Agree.. Can anyone tell me who use AC with open doors???. Do I need to put lock on doors ki Bhai AC chala raha h kisi ko aana jana nhi h.. Gajab ke hai ye log.. Apart from voltas even I showed AC to outside servicing center abd they told AC need to change because there are manufacturer ingredients defect and inke hisaab se koi problem nhi h .pure room pani sa feel ho rha h. Walls se silan,Gile,kapde inke hisaab se koi problem nhi hi nhi h..jbki all started after putting split AC in room.. Need suggestion and help.

Very pathetic service provider knowledge of Products/costing is zero. Apne hisab se kuch bhi estimate bana ke chale jayenge baad me double amount charge karte hain.Visit charge is 590. Not happy with the service infact the supervisor Ankur dont know how to talk to the clients.

Contacted Voltas customer care after taking quotation from 5 technicians for new AC fitting.He gave me the best price with quality work & with no additional charges.

Unprofessional behaviour on the phone. Not recommended at all

Girls working there are very unprofessional and rude, I asked them is it Voltas Authorized service center and they said nahin Dealership hai and disconnected call in front of my face. So unprofessional staff working there. I will write a mail to Voltas mentioning there name.
