Please do not get your appliances repaired from this guy. I was blindly relying on that person and using his repair services since long. I thought the guy was honest and hardworking but I was wrong. Hera I am sharing the incidence with you all: Last year in Sept-2024 my Air Conditioner has stopped cooling. I have called him for diagnosis and repair of my air conditioner. He came to my home and after examine, he found a minor leak in AC outdoor unit. I was in office at that time and I have instructed him to get it repaired. He does the same and charges accordingly. Later on after 15 days the GAS leaked again. I called him but he doesn't came due to busyness in work. Afterwards winter season came and we both decided to get the inspection of AC done again in summer season. In March-2025 Month, upon my call, the person came and again inspected for any leakage but according to him no leakage has been found. He just refilled the Gas and charged the money. Later, after 15 days the AC again stopped cooling. He again came and this time holds the pressure in the unit for 12 days. After 12 days he found that pressures goes down due to leakage and suggest that the indoor unit cooling coil is the culprit. Outdoor unit is fine. He opens the whole indoor unit cooling coil and pretending for checking the leakage in front of me including the Gas Pipe line but No leakage found. Then he said that he has to bring this cooling coil to his workshop and from nitrogen gas he will find the minor leakage if any and will share the video to me. After 4 days, he came and claims that one Minor leakage is found in cooling coil as diagnosed with nitrogen gas and repaired the same. Fitted the AC and filled the GAS and confident enough that you will face no problem in future. No leakage video has been shared by him. Also I have not asked again for video as I was relying on him. I paid him again for repair. After 15 days GAS again escaped. He again came and refilled the gas even knowing the fact that there is some leakage in the unit and told me that if again gas get leaked, he will take both the indoor and outdoor unit to his workshop for thoroughly inspection and will replace the whole part if leakage found in cooling coil or outdoor condenser coil or GAS pipe. This time I was very annoyed but I thought that he was genuine guy as associated with me since long. After 15 days AC again stopped cooling and GAS escaped. This time I have called another AC Mechanic having more experience in this field and also expert in repair of commercial ACs and worked in my office also. New technician came and upon my request of replacement of cooling coil, he decided to check the cooling coil again by himself. he taken out the coil from indoor unit and checked for any repair. We both are surprised that no any repair/ weld work found in any part of cooling coil for which the previous technician has charged me. New engineer has took the cooling coil to his workshop and hold the pressure for 3 days in it and found no any leakage. Now he inspected the outdoor unit by filling pressure and the pressure in outdoor unit started falling instantly which simply means that the leakage was in outdoor unit. The new engineer repaired the leakage and now the AC is working fine. Also there were no sign of Repair work/ weld work on outdoor unit also which the previous technician claims and charged for. The guy from Royal refrigeration has cheated me and charged me high in name of faith. This guy was associated with me since long and from him I learned a lesson that never ever blindly trust on anybody. Approx 10000/- has been paid by me to this guy in total for repairing work which he has never performed. So please beware of this guy and his shop.
