timely service and technician Rajneesh is very polite and friendly

Don't have sense to how to talk with the customers. They say themselves a professional but thay are not ! I took 2 AC services from them after the service one of my AC stopped working after 5 days. When I called them for a complaint, they are saying that you called after 5 days and we are a professional so we haven't done any mistake. So here customer can not even make a complaint neither customer is having any right to say against them from their view. Even I haven't refused to pay for a part if their would be any issue but still they do blame the customer. Their communication part is so worst I can't even explain. It's worth taking service from Urban Company as they provide min 7 days warranty on their services.

I called them for AC servicing. The guy over the phone said that they will send a technician soon and that he will call me. None of the sorts happened, I kept waiting on them for 2 whole days (as he repeatedly said, that the technician will be there soon) in this scorching heat with a broken air conditioner.
