The worst AC service I’ve ever seen. I bought an IFB AC in March. It comes with 3 free services within a year, so I booked the first one. What I didn’t like about the service: 1. Dry service – The technician just cleaned the filter with water and reattached it to the AC. That’s it! I usually do that myself every week. 2. The technician’s attitude – He seemed to be in a hurry and didn’t even wait for the filters to dry before attaching them back to the AC. I have another AC from a different company, and their first service was much better. They cleaned the entire unit using proper equipment and took about 1–2 hours to complete the work. Compared to that, I’m really disappointed with IFB’s service.
