vivo & iQOO Authorised Service Center

My experience at the Vivo and iQOO Service Center was smooth and satisfactory. The staff was professional, polite, and attentive throughout the process. What the hell they are not pickicg the call vivo this is very bad behaviour next time dont buy the vivo product its very cheap

I have been to this Vivo iQOO authorised service centre a month ago to get my phone's vibration(heptics) issue fixed and the staff guided me very well they were knowledgeable and friendly, and the ambience of this centre was quite peaceful.. Tho it took 2 visits to the center to get my phone's issue fixed as the needed part wasn't available during my 1st visit and they have arranged the part within 3 days and in the 2nd visit I had to wait for an hour for the repairing as being told earlier and they fixed it within the given timeline and I'm satisfied with the service, now my phone's heptics are working fine

Only 4 customers are there but staff is unable to handle them.. i have waited 48 minutes and still not got my turn.. Only one person is doing work rest may be playing on VIVO. Not satisfied…
