Authorised Samsung Service Center - Sri Senthur Electronics

I got my screen replaced here. All the staff were humble, welcoming, and approachable. I also received timely updates whenever there was a delay, which I really appreciated. One concern was that when I paid using a credit card, an additional merchant charge was added to the bill. This is something I haven’t experienced with other major service platforms and felt it shouldn’t apply at an authorised Samsung service center. Apart from that, the overall service experience was good.

Went here today on 6:10 PM as my mobile's finger print sensor was not working. My mobile was under warranty. I was told to come on Monday as they were closed but in the official website of samsung and in the information Board it said that the working time was till 8:00 PM. After a bit of argument they finally took the phone and given me an acknowledgement. The employees were not professional and was very casual and irritating attitude. The Worst Experience ever.

Extremely poor and careless service. The staff showed no interest in even listening to the issue. Came here expecting help, but they didn’t even bother to check my issue. Just told me to come back tomorrow saying it’s closing time, even though Maps showed they still had almost an hour left. When I asked them to at least take a quick look, they said they had other work and weren’t interested. Didn’t listen properly and kept saying the display needs to be opened without understanding the actual problem. Total waste of time.

⭐ 0.1/5 – Very Worst Experience | Sri Sendhur Electronics (Samsung Service Centre) I visited Sri Sendhur Electronics Samsung Service Centre today for battery replacement for my Samsung S23 Ultra. I had already booked an appointment from 3–4 PM with Mr. Murugiah, but the experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. When I reached, instead of responding properly to my appointment, I was asked to “wait” without any clear answer. The staff spoke in a very rude manner. First they said battery replacement will take one week, so I agreed to come after a week. But suddenly they changed the statement and said battery stock is available, but I must leave my phone with them for one week. I have never heard this in any service centre — keeping the phone for a week just to replace the battery. When I asked if there is any other option because I cannot be without my phone, they simply said “Then no choice” in a rude tone. My wife also called to confirm. They didn’t pick up the call initially, and even the service centre phone was switched off. Later when they picked up, they changed their statement again and said 4 days will be enough and to write a letter for urgent service. The information they provided kept changing again and again. No clarity, no customer respect. Overall experience: ❌ Rude behaviour to customers ❌ No proper communication ❌ Changing statements repeatedly ❌ Asking to leave phone for 1 week without clear reason ❌ Not picking calls and switching off phone Very worst experience. Not recommended at all.
