Subject: Complaint Regarding Rude Behavior by Customer Service Representative I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the extremely poor experience I had when contacting your service centre recently. I called to report an urgent issue with our refrigerator, which has completely stopped cooling. As you can imagine, this is a critical situation—our fridge was full of food, and due to the lack of cooling, much of it has already begun to spoil. We had clearly conveyed the urgency of the matter and stressed that this required immediate attention. However, the response I received from the service centre was highly disappointing. When I asked what time the technician might arrive, the representative who answered the call was incredibly rude and dismissive. Instead of addressing my concern or giving a proper answer, she responded in an unprofessional tone and abruptly hung up the call. This happened despite me trying to explain the seriousness of the issue multiple times. I expect a basic level of courtesy and professionalism when reaching out for support—especially when dealing with essential appliances like a refrigerator. Her behavior was unacceptable and has added unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation. I request that this matter be taken seriously and that appropriate action is taken against the representative for such unprofessional conduct. Additionally, I urge you to ensure better handling of customer calls going forward and provide me with an update on the status of my service request at the earliest. Worst service.without notice they will cancel your ticket. Won't pick up call, whatsapp chat also no response. Amazon should change their partnership from this irresponsible service centre

I’ve had repeated issues with my Haier fridge, as they tend to malfunction every couple of months. The technicians seem poorly trained and often delay service, forcing us to call them multiple times for assistance.

Pathetic customer service. Technicians are useless. Second time in a span of 6 months, I had to get the gas refill and change the capacitor. This time, it is not even been 15 days and there is no cooling. Rs. 3500 each, twice in 6 months paid and if no use. Moreover, they take 10 days to respond to the complaints. Never using their services again

Mangalore Haier's service is a joke. Waited a whole week for them to show up, but they were a no-show. Terrible experience, zero reliability. The Worst……
