We had purchased LG airconditioner from Croma,Kankanady.The LG service center was assigned to us for installation of AC. One of the employee,Mr.Sagar, was supposed to come to our flat to install the AC.He made us wait for 2 days.He was supposed to come the next day the AC was delivered to us.After i kept on calling and asking when they will come to install..they made us wait for 2 days,on 2nd day,Mr.Sagar picks the call and answers rudely that he would come the next day! His boss at the service center,answered the calls but made us wait, without giving us any information about who would he send instead of Mr.Sagar;whether he would send someone or not,what time or which day he would send.. Finally on 3rd day ,they sent a person who assured us that he would install the ac in 1.5 hours.He came at 9.30 am and finished the work by 2.30pm!!! We requested him to finish it soon as our day was getting wasted..our house full of dust and wire pieces and cardboard boxes.,due to the installation work..our maid waited and went home.The person who came to install was so calm,not bothered about our day getting wasted. After installation,leakage started.Again we kept calling Mr.Ganesh,who is the main person at the service center.I have never met any service person acting as irresponsible as Mr.Ganesh. We,being customers,kept calling him ,to solve leakage issue.He kept saying he would come and see,he kept on saying but never visited to have a look at the issue.We are still behind him to get the pipe replaced. Pathetic service from this service center.

The service has been notably very poor, as they struggle to identify faults, coupled with technicians exhibiting a marked lack of expertise. False promises have become a recurrent issue, compounding the overall dissatisfaction.

Don't expect them to give home service by a single call. You have to call them and remind 10 times atleast.
