Polite and helpful, though components of all type of RO purifiers are not available in this shop.

Premium rates, but very average work. The staff and proprietor are polite, but workwise we did not have a good experience with HVT. Work was delayed, and when done (and redone), was not up to the mark unfortunately.

very much disappointed about your service. I am pregnant due to extreme hot weather i needed an cooler . i called the number and enquired he asked me to send the address details in whatsapp . Once i sent he never saw when i called thrice he says i am with customer such a careless behaviour towards the customer. Respect your customer .

Fantastic service , best price , custermer friendly. This is my presonal opinion after dealing with them for more than 15 years.

The worst sales and service ever experienced. The old owner only insists you to buy appliances from the store. Once it comes to service, it is a ZERO response. Pathetic service and pathetic customer satisfaction from this store. Not a single response from 3 months for an AC issue, that was purchased few months ago, not registered for warranty Lloyd investor AC- 1 TON. Suggestion is to not buy inverter ACs and if u do, pls do not buy it from these ppl. You are just going to waste time and money and also energy placing calls every single day with no positive reply from the old man who only knows to make fool of the customer and sell items available in stock, new or refurbished... He himself knows it.
