We have purchased washing machine from here and we got delivery without original invoice copy and also delivery executives are begging for money directly even though the delivery experience was very bad for us. If you want to purchase a LG products then go for PAI, Harsha or other retails outlets please don't go to LG Best Shop Mangalore,you will get the same model products nearly less than 2K in other outlets (we later cross checked) with professional staffs in that shop. Staffs behaviour are very very rude and unprofessional staffs.I strongly suggest LG should cancel their authorised dealership and save their brand value. Not Recommended for any kind of shopping in this shop.
