LG SERVICE CENTER MANGALORE

we have a LG Ac , due to cooling problem we had requested for the service. One person so called technician came to our home with a small brush. He was so unprofessional , talked very rude and only saying the rate of other services. No service was done , just left . LG have to focus more on soft skill training and technical training for there staff . During the booking period sales are so well behaved after buying there products services staff are so rude and arrogant. STOP SENDING UNPROFESSIONALS TO CUSTOMERS PLACE . Care about the safety.

We have a LG microwave oven.The base glass plate of the microwave oven was broken.I had phoned a Mr.Jeetendra(on November 29th,2025)who had previously come to repair our oven and who is connected to the LG service centre in Mangalore.He assured me that he would place the order for the base glass plate on Monday (1st December,2025). He came to our house that week and told us that the base glass plate was not available in Mangalore, but an order for it would have to be placed from Bangalore.We agreed.During the days that followed, I called him up only to be told that auditing work was going on in the office and that the order would be delayed.(Who is interested in their auditing work?)On 11th December,2025, I again called him up only to be told that the parcel had come from Bangalore and that he would check and tell me. On 12th December,2025, when I called up the LG service centre in Mangalore directly,they told me that the base glass plate had still not arrived in the parcel and that it would take still one more week for it to come. What sort of a business are they running?If they could not procure the glass plate for me,they could have told me initially itself? Why all these false assurances and dilly dallying? I think it is better for them to run some other business than to give such false assurances.

Office staff friendly & helpful ,techncian also very good behavior and cooperative.

This is by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Instead of servicing the product, LG is busy testing the patience of their customers. I’ve had a horrible experience since day one after purchasing their AC, which has had issues right from the start. They keep sending inexperienced people, calling them "technicians," who have no clue what they’re doing. Once, a so-called technician came to service the AC. All he did was clean it and leave without even reinstalling it properly. To top it off, even an inner screw was missing—absolutely careless and unprofessional. They don’t bother to answer calls, and worst of all, they cancel complaints raised online without resolving anything. This is shameful and completely unacceptable from a brand like LG. They clearly have no respect for their customers’ time or money.

Not particularly about this centre, but Lg laptop product service is bad.
