Our refrigerator was not working...so we called the service center but they don't know what is the problem in the refrigerator only....once they came,tested and told coil is gone and after two days they came putted new one...after putting new one also refrigerator didn't go well...next day we called again,after two days they came,after testing they told compressor is gone,they told that refrigerator have to take to the service center and they told they will come to take the refrigerator,but they didn't come to take only...we called so many times like continuously we called them,they kept on postponing the days....atlast after calling so many times they came and told refrigerator will won't get proper...it will cost 12k if repairing is done.... service is not at all good
