Croma - Mangalore - MAK Mall

Croma has wide range of electronics but staff are lack of knowledge about them. I went to purchase a refrigerator from there. The sales person didn't guide us properly. Finally i compared the varieties myself & purchased one. The refrigerator was delivered on Friday but the technician came on Tuesday to unpack it. Moreover the product was defective, had scratches on the exterior. Showroom people tried to convince me saying it's the lamination which is damaged.s8nce I was not ready to accept it finally they agreed on replacement . They took two more days to replace it. But the new product again had the same issue. After so many discussions finally they agreed on refund but that also takes 15 working days to clear up. In short the experience was horrible with huge loss of time. I wouldn't recommend purchasing items from here.

I purchased a TV from Croma, and it is still under warranty. For the past 50 days, I have been continuously raising complaints, but my issue is still not resolved. No one is taking responsibility for the complaint. I have tried calling customer care multiple times, but there is no proper response. I also sent emails, yet I haven’t received any meaningful reply. This shows a complete lack of customer support and accountability. Earlier, I had purchased many croma brand products from Croma. product support and after-sales service are extremely poor and worst. I strongly recommend not buying from Croma, whether online or offline. Their service is the worst, and even a 1-star rating feels generous. I will also be advising my friends and family not to choose Croma and to go with other reliable stores instead. Very disappointing experience.

Good customer service. But I bought hp laptop and got lenovo bag for it. When I asked about it the sales person told there is no stock of ho Bags. It is disappointing that when we buy a brand new gadgets we don't get it's own accessories

A total scam , Products are generally fake . just think 100 times before purchasing . They don't have any service once you purchase your product. Now reply from them will be simple just email to us about your problem . We might have sent 100 msgs tired to asking for service . It been almost 6 m of continuous asking for service but there no show. Will soon put a complaint against them in consumer court .

Very poor service, think twice before buying any products. Called at least 12 times , they only say we have escalated the issue. Now on review they will reply saying kindly contact us through email. Kindly read review twice we have called at least 12 times
