I had a very good experience with the Samsung Authorized Service Center for my Samsung S23 display replacement. Though the phone had a visible display crack and the request was initially rejected, I would like to specially appreciate Naveen Kumar for his continuous support. He followed up with me multiple times, ensured proper photos and videos were taken to clearly prove the display issue, and guided me patiently throughout the process. Thanks to his efforts, the display replacement was approved and done free of cost as the phone was still within the eligible period. Very happy with the service and highly appreciate the professionalism of the service centre. Highly recommend them for all your Samsung handset service.

I'm disappointed with the overall experience. The help desk executive provided very little information about the product I had given for service, leaving me uncertain about the process and expected timelines. What stood out even more was the lack of basic customer courtesy. The body language of the staff was unprofessional, and they did not even greet or acknowledge customers properly. Simple manners and respectful communication are the foundation of good service, but unfortunately, this was missing here. For a brand like Samsung, customers expect clarity, professionalism, and a welcoming attitude. I sincerely hope the management takes note of this feedback and works on improving staff training and customer interaction standards.

I visited the store for the display issues on 17th December and they said they will update me by 31stDec2025. The staff were sweet and calm, but this process is taking too long. It's 9thJan today and still no update. I called them and they said they will update soon. I did not expect samsung to provide such delayed service. It is kinda disappointing.
