Kool Zone have one of the Worst installation skills. I have been facing water leakage problem since the day the AC was installed, IDK how they are tied up with a brand like O'General. If we call them for diagnosis later these people charge too much just for their visit and solving the issue is extra.

No1 fraud A/c service company, they continuously spam you by calling 100s of times asking for service completion code inspite of not servicing the a/c’s and they didn’t even provide service in the initial first year even after collecting advance premium. O general has to cut ties with such fraud servicing firms.

NEVER EVER book them. It's as good as you not getting it cleaned in the first place. Pathetic service.. best to avoid !

Inexperienced service person. Do not have even the basic knowledge. Do not opt for this if your AC is not in the warrenty period as they will charge even for the visit.
