Stay away from this store they fraud with customers, i bought Daikin Ac from here but after delivery. Installation gay open that indoor unit that unit look like dirty pictures attached for Reference.. and I realised during the installation User Manual is also missing.. I raised my concern to store sales man but they clearly dined for replace this machine and.. I request to you all customers please avoid this store they delivered open machine to me. Value Plus Retail . Visited the store to buy a BMR Bottom Mounted Refrigerator along with convertible . Spoke to Sales executive - Harneet ,sounded knowledgeable in terms refrigerator specs , he quickly understood our requirements . The way he politely handled us from displaying the refrigerator, to explaining key features and suggesting which brand we should go for , after lot of consideration finalised on Haier 376 ltr , 10 in 1 convertible that to Mirror finishing . Icing on 🎂 cake .The Price was way better than Online pricing . Thank You Harneet 🙏. Billing procedure was smooth . Cheers to Value plus billing team . I was informed the fridge will be delivered with in an hour . I got it delivered as assured . The delivary guy was very professional the way he handled and took back the old fridge . Very pathetic service , specially the owner is not ready to take any responsibility, bought AC for my parents few months back , but now I must it was my biggest mistake, i don't recommend anyone to buy any product from them , if you buy , buy it at your own risk
