I recently purchased a new LG AC and registered for installation. The technician came from shree kanha enterprises and he insisted I needed a roof stand costing ₹885, which had no LG branding, price tag, or manufacturing details—only a logo on the box. When I said I’d buy it myself, he suddenly mentioned an extra ₹236 fitting charge that was never disclosed earlier. I found the exact same stand in the market for just ₹350. This feels like a clear case of overcharging with non-genuine accessories. Also, no seasonal LG offers were provided. Very disappointing experience—feels like a scam.
