Voltas Service Center Mumbai

This Ghodapdeo service center is fraud. The VOLTAS team told me to register a complaint to cyber crime department against this service center. They came home took the money my AC worked for few hours and then again stopped working. Calling them from 2 weeks noone responding. VOLTAS really bad service from a big brand like you. Today called them again and the operator disconnected the call after hearing my concern. I called them continuously then they responded once. You need to have full day free for calling VOLTAS service center. Pathetic service there is no option of zero star hence giving 1 star.

Disgusting service center. They pick up 3 calls at a time and don't answer and keep disconnecting the call after repeated calls. When asked for a call with the manager they constantly say they are not available and are not at all helpful. Extremely disappointed with the service center and the workers

Worst company ever. I have been registering my complain and calling the Service centre since a week now, still no response. I was given an appointment two days after my complain and was promised to resolve the AC problem (which by the way is in warranty period) but no technician turned up. I cancelled all my meetings and appointments and stayed home for the technician to come and resolve the problem but no one turned up. I spoke to the Head of the Service department where he promised a technician to arrive at my place before 7pm but no one came. I again complained two days later and asked for someone to solve my problem but to my expectations, no response and no visits. I am still here with my non working AC in this hot weather and waiting for someone from VOLTAS to resolve my problem. I have 15 Ac's at my office and my home combined and never have I ever faced such a problem. They are all Samsung and Carrier AC's from where I receive a hundreds of phone calls after a service asking whether the AC is working fine. This is the first AC from Voltas and I am having such a bad experience.

Obviously the worst service team ever... They took the AC to check and repair, guess what, they changed the new cooling foil with old one without any need. I don't know where they are heading with this kind of service. Certainly wasting the brand like Tata. Need to work on this if you bother about this feedback.

Campus is good, office not really good. Looks like a government office of the 90s. Food is average. Location is good, 5-7 minutes walking from chinchpokli or cotton green station. Work environment not good.
