Excellent service and response time In Nagpur, the best place to get an air conditioner. I have so far purchased a Samsung air conditioner thanks to Aarohi Cooling Concept's wonderful service.

Overall the service experience is average. The rating is 3 star because our first experience with the people who came for the installation of our new AC was bad and rain water was leaking because installation was not done properly. We had to take a lot of follow-ups, and finally after almost 10 days they finally sent other people who fixed the whole problem. I wish we did not have to take so many follow-ups and the agency should work on handling their customer grievances more consciously from now on.

Not a word to express myself, along with them Samsung company name is also being spoiled. It is now more than 48 hours, but hardly any movement from them, their attitude is "आज नगद कल उधार" had given them 30 days time to solve my issue.

Overall installation process was the worst. Installation person came a day late from when the installation was scheduled. They took 8hours to install the AC out of which for 5hours they were not even present at the installation site. The installation guy was very rude. They broke a few plastic brackets from behind the indoor unit and the AC is a bit loose on wall. Few coils of the outdoor unit were bent during installation. Extension cable for the outdoor unit was not connected properly and the extension copper pipe was left without the insulator cover. 2 days after the insulation, water started pouring out if the indoor AC unit and it’s still not resolved. Overall we expected better from Bluestar. Actually the AC unit is not bad but the service from Aarohi cooling concept is a very disappointing experience.
