Haier Service Centre

I am sorry to give only 1 star, but it has reason. I purchased AC in September 2024. I am a patient and doctor strictly inform me to spend Nagpur hot summer in air conditioning room. But when I start using it in March just for 7 days AC show F4 error. I shut off the divice and call service centre. They sent technician second day, he informed that the cooling gas need refill because of leakage. He did that a day after, but no change in situation. Then he told me that the compressor is crashed. He said service centre have to order compressor and it takes 3 days to reach. Today is 5th day nothing is positive. I call coustomer care today at 11.30 and no one picked it up. I am not a negative person but it's frustrating experience till now. Remember I told them I am a transplant patients and presently in isolation. 😖😖😖😖😖

The staff woman who picked-up the call on calling the given number was extremely rude. She didn't even hear properly what I have to say. Her language was also very unprofessional and downright insulting. Pathetic behaviour.

Fast response and good diagnosis. My washing machine Haier was making lot of noise while spinning. I had shows earlier to another mechanic who suggested to change bearing. Then to get alternative opinion, I asked SK matching machine to send technician who not only came on time but also saved us from bearing cost. Overall very satisfied. Surely recommend him
