Carrier Ac Service Center

One girl was picked call on 10.10.2024 and cut the phone in 10 second without proper response/reply, given a very bad experience of customer service, very shameful for a brand like "Carrier"...staff is very non cooperative.

Third class customer experience from carrier service centre never expected this I thought something else but this is ridiculous behaviour from staff if this is the case I never ever have purchased this product for such third class service no manner to talk to customer calling but not receiving calls area manager no switch off technician not picking the call such a third class service I guess I should return the product without installation only because if they are doing this on installation what about after that seriously I’ll post this act of behaviour on social media too worst ever experience shame on you carrier company shame for keeping such staff

Worst service complaint made 31st May today its 15th june nobody has attended i did a big mistake by buying Carrier company Ac.

Worst experience I ever had about service charge. Even they find my given address is incorrect.
