Sharing a recent experience- I wanted to get the chimney cleaned and the vent pipe changed. The service I got from khade appliances was nothing less than awesome👍. Extremely quick and fast response, very very professional technician, within few hours I had the chimney dismantled and taken away for repairing. I didn't need to follow up at all. On the other side, the technician himself was following up to come and fix the chimney back. Very very good work. I must say a bunch of honest people as everything was informed well in advance even the exact costing with the cost break up. Clean work, I am thankful for the service. Also would like to mention that one should prefer khade home appliances than going for urban clap as I found them very systematic and professional and anytime better than any other service.

Very bad service ever ... they repair at worst level ... Send him all videos and faults ... Very uneducated n not trained technicians... Worst... We change the valve of gas also as per their recommendations but still the flame is not working ... We showed to other person they said - pura kharab kar diya hai ..

1 star just for punctuality. Had asked for a washing machine repair assistance, and got it very early.. But when the mechanic examined the machine he told the it would cost around 3000 Rs. for repairs but got it repaired in just 300 bucks the very next day. This is how the they are fooling the clients...
