I recently purchased an outdoor AC stand from Cool Care. While the product quality met my expectations, I was extremely disappointed with their outdated payment methods. In this digital age, it's unacceptable for a business to hesitate in accepting UPI payments. After repeated requests, they reluctantly agreed, making the whole process unnecessarily cumbersome. It's high time Cool Care modernizes their payment options to align with current standards. Customers shouldn't have to plead to use a basic and widely accepted payment method. This lack of foresight and adaptability is frustrating and diminishes the overall shopping experience.
