It's a good sales and service center for O General Air-conditioner but if in case of service required they don't have customer update system, like complaint number information, update information about the complaint, tentative time/days to rectify, in case of need contact number, etc, resulting unnecessary temptation started in the minds of the complainant, which creates repeated calls to know the status of the complaint. I hope they will understand and do the needful.
