In the last week of November ’25, I was charged ₹3,500 for a so-called “new door lock” and a claimed issue with the PCB. Just 2–3 days later, the same problem returned. Despite contacting them three times, I received no response. I finally called another technician, only to discover that the old switch was still there and nothing had been done to the PCB. Adding changed pic of changed switch. I’m sharing this so others can think twice before choosing Shlok Refrigeration.
